Cancellation Policy

We’re here at Fitness Rehab Rx to help you reach fitness and health goals so you can build a sustainable, active lifestyle as optimal as possible.  Cancelling your sessions or your membership subscription is not how either of us gets to our goals. 

We encourage you to read and get familiar with our cancellation policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE

  • Notice period: Fitness Rehab RX requires a 24-hour notice period in advance.  
    • A client must give the trainer 24-hour notice in advance to cancel or to reschedule a session.
    • If a client late cancels a session after the 24-hour notice timeframe, the session will be forfeited and/or will be charged in full.
    • If you’re more than 15 minutes late to the session, trainer may cancel the session with no refund or make-up.
  • No-Show fees: A No-Show fee is charged at full rate and/or the session is forfeited
    • If a client does not show up for a scheduled session, the session will be considered a “No-Show” and will be charged at the full rate or the session will be forfeited.
  • Exceptions: Exceptions to Fitness Rehab RX cancellation policy are emergencies or illnesses. 
    • The client must notify Fitness Rehab RX and/or the trainer as soon as possible regarding an emergency or illness.
    • If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to an unforeseen emergency or illness, the session will not be considered a late cancel or no-show.
    • The client must provide documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) to support the exception.
    • If trainer needs to cancel the session, client will be able to reschedule and make-up the session.
  • Packages: Private sessions are sold individually and in packages. 
    • A 5 Pack has 5 sessions to be completed within 6 weeks from the purchase date.
    • A 10 pack has 10 sessions to be completed within 12 weeks or 2 months from the purchase date.
  • Clients may cancel their packages at any time but will not be refunded for any unused sessions.
  • Any unused sessions are forfeited and will not be refunded.
  • If client is unable to complete sessions in their package, they may transfer unused sessions to a family member or friend within the original timeframe allotted from the purchase date of the package.
  • Clients may not extend the package beyond the allotted timeframe of the package (6 weeks for a 5 pack; 12 weeks for a 10 pack).

CANCELLATION POLICY:  ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING/NUTRITION COACHING

All online packages are a non-refundable 2-month commitment
