Perhaps, health conditions may have jostled life’s priorities.  All is not lost.

With evidence-based research, therapeutic protocols, and exercises, we design tailored-made exercise programs that will help you regain functional movement and strength.

With specific health conditions comes specific movement protocols that we use, giving you the individualized attention you need.

Or perhaps, you are now post-rehab from an injury, and you’re looking to regain strength.

We work on creating a solid foundation of stability while protecting the integrity of the injured site.

Our goal is to regain range of motion, flexibility, balance and proprioception.

We gradually and carefully work to restore strength so you can get back to the activities you love to do.

And none of this works if you don’t nourish your body with foods that help the healing process.

I’ve been there

I’ve been where you are.  I have had injuries and imbalances that taught me how to restore and rebuild.  After a severe health challenge, I learned how to rebalance my microbiome back to a strong immune system.  I had to learn how to work with a body that was maturing, incorporating new things, and letting go of others.

I’ve studied, researched, and questioned, and still do.  I don’t believe we have to accept the “standard range of health”, but rather, we should work toward an optimal standard and a quality of life we can embrace.

My clients and I work together modifying, adjusting and strategizing through transitions, imbalances, and dysfunctions.  Together, we uncover the liberating and empowering magic of movement which becomes a daily feature in their life.  While my clients are thrilled, the pleasure is mine.
